Protection

kCube works only on licensed software wherever it is necessary. In case of third party licenses, we take utmost care and execute controls after proper licensing analysis. We ensure that the client never face licensing issue because of the same.To protect our work environment, we follow all procedures of protecting e-mail systems, web servers, database systems and other software from virus and Trojans.

Confidentiality

kCube works totally in flexible mode. When it comes to client confidentiality, we follow all procedures to ensure that our customers information are kept total confidential according to customers requirement.

	We sign confidentiality agreement whenever necessary and non-disclosure contract

	Document management and control are adopted across the project cycle
	Apart from developers, quality control and system administrators as specified in the agreement, no one else would be able to access the information

Backup
	kCube prescribes regular backup of development data to comply BS7799 standards. These backups are kept in highly secured environment were access is restricted. After the delivery of the project, regular backups are deleted and final backup of software and data are kept in highly secured environment.
